This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes the online privacy practices for Axiom xCell, Inc. (Axiom) web and mobile sites maintained by Axiom.

What Personal Information May Be Collected

Axiom Client Web Sites & Mobile Applications

In the course of providing services to its clients, Axiom may operate websites or mobile applications for certain clients that involve the collection, use and retention of personal information. Those activities are conducted by Axiom under a contract between Axiom and the client. This Statement is not intended to modify the terms of the contract between Axiom and the client. If you have questions about the handling of your personal information that are not addressed on the specific website through which Axiom conducts those activities on behalf of the client, please use the contact information listed on that site or communicate with the client.

Global Presence
Axiom has employees, clients and suppliers in many countries around the world. The management, operational and technical processes and systems used by Axiom may involve transfer of information across borders. Pricing Policy
Prices for Axiom services are specified by written contract. Prices displayed for products on any Axiom Service represents the full price listed on the service itself or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price or Suggested Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

We generally do not charge your credit card until after we invoice you.

Refund Policy
Generally we do not accept refunds on services provided unless otherwise provided by written contract with a particular customer.
