Headquartered in San Diego, California, Axiom xCell, Inc. is a leading provider of services to mobile software developers, publishers and aggregators. The company was founded in 2004 by two pioneers in the testing and deployment of Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless (BREW®) based software applications, each having co-authored the True BREW Testing (TBT) TBT Test Guide and TBT Test Plan.

Axiom xCell’s original focus concentrated on testing mobile applications for submission to TBT and the wireless carriers. Axiom xCell entered the porting and software development market in 2005. As BREW based mobile applications have emerged over the past four years, Axiom xCell has focused on providing the industry’s highest quality work in support of world-wide publishers, developers and aggregators of mobile content. The service offering includes porting, platform conversion, and quality assurance testing; as well as providing consulting services to developers and technology providers. Axiom xCell currently has 64 employees, including offices in San Diego, LatAm, and APAC.
